Bu say\u0131, gaz\u0131n metal bir \u015feride verebilece\u011fi olas\u0131 zarar miktar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir ve ASTM D1838 standard\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmektedir. Bu standarda g\u00f6re deneyde kullan\u0131lan metal \u015ferit bak\u0131rdan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu deneyde, bak\u0131r bir \u015ferit kontroll\u00fc ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda b\u00fctan gaz\u0131 ile temas ettirilmektedir. Belirli bir s\u00fcre ge\u00e7tikten sonra bak\u0131r \u015ferit renk de\u011fi\u015fimi ve korozyon miktar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan incelenmekte ve ard\u0131ndan korozyon say\u0131s\u0131 belirlenmektedir. Analiz belgesine g\u00f6re, Kharg Petrokimya taraf\u0131ndan sunulan b\u00fctan\u0131n korozyon say\u0131s\u0131 1a olarak rapor edilmi\u015ftir ve bu durum \u015firket taraf\u0131ndan sunulan b\u00fctan\u0131n uygun kalitesini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Korozyon say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n incelenmesi \u00f6zel bir \u00f6neme sahiptir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc y\u00fcksek korozyon say\u0131s\u0131na sahip gazlar zamanla depolama tanklar\u0131na, borulara ve di\u011fer tesislere ciddi zararlar verebilmektedir. Bu nedenle gaz \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde korozyon say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kontrol\u00fc, end\u00fcstriyel ekipmanlar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ve kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc garanti alt\u0131na almada temel bir gereklilik olarak kabul edilmektedir.<\/p><h3>Non-Volatile Residue (NVR)<\/h3><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U\u00e7ucu olmayan kal\u0131nt\u0131 (Non-Volatile Residue veya NVR), laboratuvar standart ko\u015fullar\u0131nda b\u00fctan\u0131n u\u00e7ucu k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n tamamen buharla\u015fmas\u0131ndan sonra kat\u0131 veya s\u0131v\u0131 halde kalan maddeleri ifade etmektedir ve \u00fcr\u00fcndeki safs\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu parametre, b\u00fctan gaz\u0131n\u0131n safl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmede \u00f6nemli bir rol oynamaktad\u0131r, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc y\u00fcksek NVR miktar\u0131 reg\u00fclat\u00f6rler ve br\u00fcl\u00f6rler gibi ekipmanlarda tortu olu\u015fumuna, sistemlerin verimlili\u011finin azalmas\u0131na ve hatta g\u00fcvenlik sorunlar\u0131na neden olabilmektedir; \u00f6zellikle y\u00fcksek safl\u0131\u011f\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 end\u00fcstriyel ve ticari uygulamalarda.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U\u00e7ucu olmayan kal\u0131nt\u0131 (NVR) miktar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7mek i\u00e7in \u00f6nce b\u00fctan gaz\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131 hale d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. Bu analizde bu parametrenin de\u011feri maksimum %0.1 olarak rapor edilmi\u015ftir ve end\u00fcstriyel standartlar aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p><h3>Hidrojen S\u00fclf\u00fcr ve Toplam K\u00fck\u00fcrt Miktar\u0131<\/h3><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kharg Petrokimya b\u00fctan gaz\u0131 analiz belgesine g\u00f6re bu \u00fcr\u00fcn hidrojen s\u00fclf\u00fcr (H\u2082S) i\u00e7ermemektedir ve toplam k\u00fck\u00fcrt miktar\u0131 30 ppm\u2019den (milyonda par\u00e7a) az olarak rapor edilmi\u015ftir; bu durum Kharg Petrokimya b\u00fctan gaz\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek kalitesini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00fck\u00fcrt bile\u015fiklerinin miktar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00f6zellikle hidrojen s\u00fclf\u00fcr\u00fcn ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, gaz\u0131n a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011finin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00fczerinde do\u011frudan etkiye sahiptir. Bu durum d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck korozyon say\u0131s\u0131 (1a) ile uyumludur, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc k\u00fck\u00fcrt bile\u015fikleri, \u00f6zellikle H\u2082S, metallerdeki temel korozyon etkenlerinden biri olarak kabul edilmektedir.
