Bu rafineriler, G\u00fcney Pars gaz sahas\u0131n\u0131n 4, 5, 9 ve 10. fazlar\u0131ndan gelen besleme gaz\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fleyerek y\u00fcksek safl\u0131kta propan ve b\u00fctan \u00fcretmekte ve daha sonra pazar ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na ve iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131na g\u00f6re bu iki bile\u015feni uygun oranlarda birbiriyle kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da G\u00fcney Pars Petrokimya (Asaluye) LPG gaz analizini daha detayl\u0131 inceleyece\u011fiz. Yaln\u0131zca %5\u2019e kadar a\u011f\u0131r hidrokarbonlar veya di\u011fer maddeler gibi safs\u0131zl\u0131klar bulunabilir ve bu durum end\u00fcstriyel ve ticari kullan\u0131m i\u00e7in standart ve kabul edilebilir bir seviyedir.<\/p><h4>Vap. Pressure (Buhar Bas\u0131nc\u0131)<\/h4><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analiz belgesinde b\u00fctan\u0131n 100\u00b0F s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki buhar bas\u0131nc\u0131, ASTM D1267 veya D2598 test y\u00f6ntemleriyle \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olup maksimum standart de\u011feri 70 Psig olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Buhar bas\u0131nc\u0131, b\u00fctan\u0131n u\u00e7uculu\u011funu ve farkl\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131klardaki davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren \u00f6nemli bir parametredir. \u00c7ok y\u00fcksek buhar bas\u0131nc\u0131 s\u0131cak havalarda tanklarda tehlikeli bas\u0131n\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131na neden olabilirken, \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck buhar bas\u0131nc\u0131 so\u011fuk hava ko\u015fullar\u0131nda yeterli buharla\u015fmay\u0131 engelleyerek kullan\u0131m performans\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebilir. Bu standart, b\u00fctan\u0131n g\u00fcvenli ve uygun kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 garanti eder.<\/p><h4>Corrosion Copper Strip (Bak\u0131r \u015eerit Korozyonu)<\/h4><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu parametre, ASTM D1838 y\u00f6ntemiyle \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olup, b\u00fctanda korozif bile\u015fiklerin (\u00f6zellikle k\u00fck\u00fcrtl\u00fc bile\u015fiklerin) varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol etmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. H\u2082S\u2019in olmamas\u0131, geli\u015fmi\u015f ar\u0131tma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. H\u2082S, hem insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hem de \u00e7evre i\u00e7in son derece tehlikelidir ve ekipmanlarda ciddi korozyona neden olur. Bu nedenle b\u00fctanda H\u2082S\u2019in bulunmamas\u0131 y\u00fcksek kalite, g\u00fcvenlik ve \u00e7evresel uyum g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p><h3>Propan \u00d6zellikleri<\/h3><h4>Safl\u0131k Oran\u0131<\/h4><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analiz belgesine g\u00f6re propan\u0131n minimum safl\u0131k oran\u0131 %96\u2019d\u0131r ve bu da y\u00fcksek kaliteyi g\u00f6stermektedir. Kalan maksimum %4 etan gibi hafif bile\u015fiklerden olu\u015fabilir. Bu durum rafineride geli\u015fmi\u015f ay\u0131rma ve distilasyon teknolojilerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir.<\/p><h4>Vap.
