(\u00d6rne\u011fin, %50 propan \u2013 %50 b\u00fctan veya %70 propan \u2013 %30 b\u00fctan i\u00e7eren LPG \u00e7e\u015fitleri vard\u0131r.) Propan ve b\u00fctan i\u00e7eren bu gaz, petrokimya tesislerinde etilen, propilen, butadien ve b\u00fctilen gibi temel kimyasallara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu temel kimyasallar daha sonra plastikler, kau\u00e7uk, sentetik lifler ve di\u011fer kimyasal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Propan ve b\u00fctan molek\u00fcllerini bu de\u011ferli maddelere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in termal k\u0131r\u0131lma (cracking) veya katalitik k\u0131r\u0131lma (catalytic cracking) gibi kimyasal i\u015flemler uygulan\u0131r.<\/p><h3>Aerosol P\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fcc\u00fc \u0130tici Gaz Olarak Kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/h3><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">LPG, aerosol end\u00fcstrisinde itici gaz olarak yayg\u0131n \u015fekilde kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Renksiz ve kokusuz olan bu gaz, kimyasal ve fiziksel \u00f6zellikleri sayesinde b\u00f6cek ila\u00e7lar\u0131, hava tazeleyiciler, kozmetik \u00fcr\u00fcnler, sprey boyalar ve g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnleri gibi sprey \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in idealdir. LPG, bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131 halinde sprey kutular\u0131na doldurulur ve kullan\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda h\u0131zla buharla\u015farak aktif maddeyi d\u0131\u015far\u0131 iter. Bu gaz, ozon tabakas\u0131na zarar verdi\u011fi i\u00e7in yasaklanan CFC\u2019lerin yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
